Is the 15-day pilot really free?
For businesses accepted into the initial pilot, the pilot costs $0. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. The 15-day period starts only after setup, eligibility checks and launch approval. There is no automatic paid subscription.
Can you guarantee more Google reviews or a higher rating?
No. We help set up and manage a consistent request process. We don't guarantee a number of reviews, specific star rating, search ranking or sales result.
Will I have to hand over my customers' contact list?
No list is needed to apply. If accepted, you enter approximately 20–50 eligible recent customers directly into your own account rather than emailing us a spreadsheet. You remain responsible for confirming that you have the right to contact them.
Do you filter out unhappy customers?
No. All eligible customers should be able to leave honest feedback. We don't selectively invite only satisfied customers or offer rewards in exchange for positive reviews.
What if I decide not to continue?
At the end of the pilot you can stop. No subscription begins without your separate agreement. You can review the available campaign data before making that decision.
Do I need to give you my Google login or payment details?
Not to apply. We only need your business details and a way to contact you. If a pilot is accepted, we'll confirm the exact account setup and permissions before any customer messages are sent.
