Privacy Policy
This page explains what information may be processed when you use VARELIOX.
Last updated October 5, 2026
Information you choose to provide
If you email VARELIOX, the information in your message and your email address are received so we can respond. If you use a VARELIOX problem-request or contact form, the information you enter—such as your name, email address, business or website, selected problem category and message—is submitted through Web3Forms so it can be delivered to VARELIOX. Web3Forms acts as a form-processing provider for those submissions. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for its current processing and retention details.
Email subscriptions and free downloads
If you choose to subscribe, request a checklist or receive another free resource, VARELIOX may collect your email address and related subscription information through Kit, our email service provider. That information is used to deliver the requested resource, manage the subscription and send emails you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails.
Analytics
VARELIOX uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, such as page visits and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process browser, device and on-site activity data. Google states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses in Google Analytics. See Google Analytics data safeguards and the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics and third-party services used on the site may use cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings can be used to control or delete cookies. Disabling some technologies may affect how parts of the site work.
Third-party links and services
VARELIOX uses or links to third-party services that may process information under their own policies, including Web3Forms for contact/problem submissions, Kit for requested email resources and subscriptions, Google Analytics 4 for site analytics, and external tools, marketplaces and social platforms reached through links on the site.
Data retention and choices
Email correspondence, form submissions and subscription records may be retained for business records, service delivery and follow-up for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or applicable requirements. Third-party processors may apply their own retention periods. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you sent directly to VARELIOX, subject to applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Google provides a browser add-on for users who want to opt out of Google Analytics.
